About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah. A Lower Back Specialist and Advanced Personal Trainer.
I love helping people hit their fitness goals and introducing them to an exciting, new approach to health and fitness.
As my passion lies in the fitness industry, I am a very motivated and enthusiastic person towards health and my heart and soul is put into each individual session. Helping you to achieve your goals but importantly having fun whilst you train.
I complete training sessions  in the comfort of your own home or any preferred location, including outdoor spaces. 
I can also help ease low back pain as well as strengthen the core area, whilst losing weight and toning up at the same time.
